KATE MUSE

ARTIST PORTFOLIO

A series inspired by the book, “The Secret Lives of Color”. The artist chose a random color each week to paint and share its historical background.

This series is a celebration of the artistic expression of Drag, the importance it has in its local communities, and the personal stories from performers in NC. Experience the collection here.

Inspired by Dove Cameron’s song “Breakfast”, the artist dives into a bold femme fatale persona of an enchanting maneater. Following a murderess siren as she gets her revenge on the men who’ve treated her badly. Experience the collection here.

This collection explores characters in the Regency era (think Bridgerton) if they had modern technology. What would they post on social media? How would their lives and conversations mirror ours?

This collection is about women’s voices, our contribution and value in society, and the impact we have in communities. This collection specifically acknowledges issues regarding women’s health funding, our ability to choose our own healthcare, and our fight to be considered in health research.
